MAS-Germany and Voran Maschinen continue their success story
Biedenkopf (D) / Pichl bei Wels (AT).
Following the establishment of a strategic partnership with the Austrian company VORAN Maschinen GmbH in 2019, the plant engineering firm MAS-Germany GmbH, based in Biedenkopf-Wallau in central Hessen, and the Austrian company Voran Maschinen GmbH continue to write a shared success story.
Voran Maschinen GmbH is selling its “Plant Engineering” division to MAS. This move will accelerate the strategic expansion of the core competencies of both the MAS Group and the VORAN Group. MAS focuses its business on service, retrofits, and, in the future, on the installed base of existing VORAN systems, as well as on expanding its machine portfolio.
“The partnership has more than proven its worth and will be further intensified in the future,” emphasize the respective managing directors. This approach enables both companies to concentrate on their core strengths while simultaneously expanding their business relationships worldwide to secure future growth.
VORAN is increasingly focusing on component and parts manufacturing, while MAS sees itself primarily as an integrator of complete and partial systems. The strategic realignment of both companies by the shareholders is being carried out in the mutual interest and promotes the future development of both corporate groups. Both companies are committed to continuity and would like to thank all partners, suppliers, and customers for their cooperation to date and in the future. The successful continuation and expansion of plant engineering are the focus of MAS Germany GmbH, and the VORAN Group will contribute its expertise and contacts to this partnership.
Transparency, service, and accessibility will continue to be of fundamental importance to both companies in the future.
